Flash Player won't install

cannot install flash player. keeps telling me close incmail. cannot see programs open. i've clicked close window on every icon in tray. system win 7 64-bit. please help

can try launching task manager , process called incmail.exe under process tab. right click on , choose end process tree , try installing again..

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
