May 1 Folio Producer Error

hello,

 

today log in , can not update folios. following pop in web interface.

 

an error has occurred while saving changes.

a newer version of folio builder available download. update folio builder latest version here.

 

not sure why need update web interface follow link anyway , download folio builder available

and download same version have. , thus, still getting error.

 

have tried refreshing cache, in both chrome , ie.

 

if can offer advice, welcome.

the tools being updated, cause of error. please try again in hour or two.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
