Multipage subform - What do I do wrong?

hello everybody,

 

i have subform containing "lines" (of invoice) see repeated when there more lines 1 page can hold. think followed tutorials , other discussions on forum, still doesn't work: lines printed until bottom of page (instead of being printed until bottom of subform) , no new page created.i don't understand wrong. use livecycle designer 8.2 (in sapgui).

 

here structure of form , related properties:

 

data

|__ (untitled subform) (page 1)

     |__ "main" subform -> content = "positionned", "allow page breaks within content" checked, no bindings. subform contains "frame" of table, size of frame should same, whatever number of lines. contains "header".

          |__ "table" subform -> content = "positionned", "allow page breaks within content" checked, no bindings.

               |__ "lines" subform -> content = "flowed", "allow page breaks within content" checked, bound "$.body.body"

                    |__ "row" subform ->  content = "positionned", "allow page breaks within content" checked, bound $.wa_body[*], "repeat subform each data item" checked

 

 

i tried include "main" subform , related contents in "page 1" master page, didn't work either. difference "allow page breaks within content" not checked, greyed-out.

your main , table subforms should set flowed , allow page breaks. , think i'd unwrap "untitled subform" @ top (get rid of it) or set flowed - , if decide keep give name make scripting easier, sample doesn't doing anything.

 

a flowed subform able grow , shrink. positioned subform holds static objects , can't grow or shrink.
