New to this and really struggling with FormsCentral

i started using adobe standard create form somehow in process switched formscentral online. creating application many fillable forms , go out on 100 people 60 filling out. did sign formscentral basic account can more 50 responses. starting blank , not using template because none of templates went trying do. first question should doing in standard or formscentral? second question other youtube videos best place find step step instructions on how build form? have basic idea , have started form it's not turning out way had hoped, there lot of things don't know how it's becoming quite frustrating.
