Premiere Pro CS5.5 crashing opening certain files

hi there,

 

i have few files of premiere pro crash when go open them, how can debug and  bottom of it?

 

i can create new files, open, save, close , re-open... can open other older files without problem. these ones (they dvd loops) crash every time!

 

i have crash logs etc etc... mucho-appreciated!

 

 

mac os x 10.7.5, adobe premiere pro cs5.5

 

i downloaded , installed trial of indesign cs6... not sure if relevant or not..

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
