Preview in Browser works perfectly, but publish does nothing!

i'm hoping quick response have present work tomorrow. have been working "preview in browser" view animation simple matrix of drag , drop. works in preview, when publish either .oam (bringing muse) or directly html loses of functionality. pretty new this, have been using same methodology other animations , work fine.

 

what doing wrong?!?

hard without seeing files or sample reproduces problem.
