Problems downloading Adobe Application Manager updates

the adobe application manager installer uploaded, when tried activate it, received error message download error press retry try again or contact customer support (503). pressed retry several times no success, i'm contacting customer support directed.

i'm not sure adobe sub-forum should come under, pretty sure doesn't belong here.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
