well have flash drive install ready if run install on existing ubuntu ok? don't want partion disk @ because im afraid of messing windows partion. thoughts? thanks!

everything on existing ubuntu installation lost, sure you've backed worth saving.
when selecting partitioning options in installation process, select "replace current ubuntu system" - may not how it's worded, that's idea. , should ok.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
