Unable to join Creative Cloud due to eligibility requirements?

i want create creative cloud account son use. entered birth date, turned 13 in march, tells me unable due eligibility requirements. may have entered date incorrectly have not been able find anywhere check , cannot progress further adobe login. able tell me issue , how correct it? far know meets requirements educational edition.

once you're ready purchase, you'll asked submit proof or qualifying status during checkout.

 

your proof of eligibility must document issued institution name, institution name, , current date.**  types of proof of enrollment include:

  1. school id card
  2. report card
  3. transcript
  4. tuition bill or statement

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
