Blackmagic Capturing

hi together!

 

i have big problem. want capture live samsung hmx f90 hard drive. using blackmagic intensity extrem device (thunderbolt => mac).

i select correct input connection (via hdmi) , correct output format (pal) of camera (at desktop video control panel & premiere cs6). not working. premiere still says: capture device offline. , screen stays black. samsung cam turns off dispaly plug in blackmagic box.

 

i tried nikon d90 (via hdmi/pal or ntfs) unfortunatly same result.

 

it realy big proglem me because need it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
