Creative Cloud Installation Issue

creative cloud thinks have illustrator installed , trys update, update fails.  won't let me download illustrator, because thinks installed , trys update.

are on windows or mac os x?

 

please see if there uninstall link illustrator.

 

on windows check under control panel, on mac osx check under applicatoins > utilities > adobe installers.

 

if there no illustrator uninstall use adobe cleaner tool remove traces of illustator. download here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
