CS6: Help centre missing

the integrated centre not functioning of software in creative cloud suite. have functioning internet connection (that's how posted this).

 

in photoshop following error when click "help":

 

"photoshop online not displayed because not connected internet."

 

in premiere pro , after effects no response whatsoever.

 

in adobe encore get:

 

"failed launch client"

 

it seems work in adobe muse.

 

any help?

 

p.s. i've spaced post out legibility

lets uninstall , re-install adobe manager below link.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
