CS6 Trial Download Fail

i trying download cs6 trial.  won't work.  installer won't pop up.  says downloader installed, when click on nothing comes up.  please!

if follow 7 steps, can dl trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

 

and activate serial number.

 

if have dl problem, didn't follow 7 steps.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
