Failed to export. There was an unexpected problem.

i tried converting 22.7mb pdf file .docx via adobe reader tool , on website (with firefox) kept failing. message ".... failed export microsoft word. there unexpected problem." appeared towards end of upload (probably after 20 mins or so).

 

i disabled ocr , tried converting via both adobe reader , on website, didn't work - same message appeared.

 

i tried uploading (not converting) file onto acrobat.com online couldn't uploaded. uploading status shown have completed, no files found on acrobat.com afterwards.

 

as properties of pdf file, 'application' , 'pdf producer' both state 'adobe acrobat pro 10.0.0'.

 

i'm using home computer stable internet connection. i've updated software , firefox etc.

 

i tried converting other smaller pdf files , worked! one's not working me! frustrating. please help.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
