How to continuously export form data to the same excel spreadsheet

i know distribute format automatically, unfortunaley form needs filled out more 1 person don't think work (to best of knowledge!). instead, collecting forms via e-mil , saving them on computer enter excel manually. there way export multiple pdfs same spreadsheet on time without losing old data? when merge data files spreadsheet gives me option include recent list export, creates new spreadsheet everytime add additional files. other concern is says include most recent lists, lose data on time?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
