Lightroom changed my photos from raw to JPG on its own

any ideas how happened:

 

i imported 150 raw photos nikon d5100 , edited them all.

 

then imported 1 raw file different sd card (same camera) same catalog , edited photo.

 

suddenly 150 photos had imported catalog in raw jpg.

 

the raw photo in whole catalog single 1 brought in second sd card.

 

what heck happened?  didn't click weird buttons.  didn't kind of export or extraneous things.

 

all did was:

 

1. import 150 raw photos , edit them

2. import 1 raw photo second sd card , edit it

3. 150 raw photos jpg photos , not raw more

 

i using lightroom 4.4 osx 10.8.3

honestly, lightroom not or else on own. you, user, instruct do.

 

i didn't click weird buttons.

lightroom not have weird buttons, , in event not have button converts raws jpgs without additional user interaction.

 

i didn't kind of export

since lightroom non-destructive (i.e. won't change orignal raw files), export way jpg raw. since didn't export, there no way lightroom turn raws jpgs.

 

so, please tell how know photos raw , jpgs. looking (what software, , in software) tells photo jpg. 100% sure imported raws , didn't import jpgs? how know?
