New Folder & New Site

new folder:

not sure if it's me, command+shift "n" apart of everyday work flow, hardly ever use "new folder" button. may bug on machine, every time save new project (command+shift+s) hit command+shift+n create new working folder, , hear os "bunk" (not allowed) sound. seems pretty standard thing across products , if not applications.

new site:

when creating new site place curser in first dialogue box of page dimensions (page width), tab through each dialogue box, dimension, columns, margins , padding. why next tab focus on cancel, shouldn't ok, seems more logical spent time putting in these numbers in want move forward "go" , not cancel , re-enter settings.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
