People/Faces w/ADD PEOPLE "All tagged?"

i have 11,000 pix in pse 11 , growing, of large family.  using 'add people" in organizer worked till reached 9,000 pix.  msg faces have been tagged.  i've been scanning 300 pix our old albums , try add people after each group. not getting "is person" message. can go each batch , manually answer "who this? software.

 

database size problem??
