Sometimes audio does not play

i have found audio doesn't play when lesson launched learning management system (inquisiq r3).  when happens, close lesson, return lms, , relaunch lesson.  audio plays should.  know going wrong there?  have created lessons in captivate 6, latest release.

can check preloader settings project (edit--preferences -- start , end, set 100 (if not already).

 

do have audio on first slide itself, if yes, can movie audio time line around .2 or .3 sec ahead , publish again , check on lms.

 

also, let know value of audio bitrate swf size , quality.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
