i have 2 machines regularly transfer large files between. i've noticed transfer speed maxes out @ @10mbps. i've downloaded ethtool , confirmed both nics @ 100mbps full duplex. have linksys ef4124 unmanaged 10/100 auto-sensing switch on have tried multiple ports same result.

switch connected upstream dsl router computers connect switch - i'm not sure go here...

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
