hi everyone
thank taking time read
anyway stuck
earlier today installed ubuntu (love btw) on laptop
tried install alongside w7, can't boot w7 @ now. i'm scared it's gone forever.
don't have working system restore disk , when tried using start manager change default operating system couldn't find 7 there @ all!
please please me?

how sure you didn't format entire drive when installed?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
