Acrobat XI Reinstall & Printer Driver

i've signed creative cloud, , in process of updating cs5 apps latest versions. installed acrobat xi (without uninstalling old version), didn't include new print pdf driver (i asseum it's meant to), uninstalled both versions of acrobat , rebooted. now, adobe application manager still thinks acrobat xi installed, won't let me download , install again. tried going through creative.adobe.com, no luck way either.

if have uninstalled acrobat old , new version, try downloading , installing : http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=acrobat_pro&loc=us

use adobe id license software , should recognise cloud subscription.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
