Blank page issue with Web help using Robohelp 9.0.2 - Environemnt: Windows 7 (32-bit) with IE8

hi all,

 

we facing problem web implementation.

 

the web application in silverlight 5 , using robohelp 9.0.2 generate web help.

 

the developers calling context-sensitive web following:

htmlpage.window.invoke("rh_showhelp", 0, url, 0, mapid);

where url = “help/whcsh_home.htm#id=2053” mapid = 2053 

 

we facing following problem ie8 in windows 7 (32-bit):

 

1. in application page a, click link call topic a.

     topic opens in separate browser window.

2. while topic open, in application, navigate page b , click link.

     browser window displaying topic goes blank , page b - topic b - opens in new browser window.

3. while both window open, navigate page c , click link.

     status bar of application browser window displays java script error following:

the above problem not reproduced windows server 2008 r2 (64-bit) ie 8 & 9 if vpn not connected. however, netextender (vpn) connected, same porblem exists above-mentioned environment (windows server 2008 r2 (64-bit) ie 8 & 9).

 

please let know if knows solution each time button clicked, same windows refreshed display content of corresponding application page.
