I cannot find my seriel number?

i need re-install acrobat cloud - download - program not activate - i'm told because of other adobe products i've updated - (not reinstalled). so, apparently have deactivate entire adobe program suite i've updated - i'm informed require me enter seriel number. this? can help?

no serial number required activate acrobat cloud. adobe id suffice.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
