Locating menu templates

i'm using pc win 7 64bt, pre11 , want customize dvd menu have been unable locate them.  have 'download all'  templates, (no longer blue ribbon on them)

 

according video tutorial, should in:   c:program data/adobe/premiere elements/11.0/online/dvd templates/all_lang

 

however, 'c' drive (where program installed) not have either of:   'program data'    'online'   or   'all_lang' folders

it have program files  , while searching in here, found folder 'premiere elements' , '11.0' folder, , 'dvd templates' folder, 'slideshows' folder contained 'pan , zoom'.   have done windows searches these missing files , folders , template names etc,  no luck far.

is there alternate folder or path these saved there no control when downloading content within pre elements.

several essential questions need answers

 

1. have folder options "show hidden files, folders, , drives" active? if not, so.

 

2. have installed template(s) want tools/movie menu area of opened project? first.

before...all have in online folder area bare assets template. .psd files program needs , seek template obtained in download process refer. automatically put .psd files (among other things) in correct folder in program data route.

 

the dvd menus can found in 2 places:

 

a. majority of them require online downloading within program (no more content disc)

local disk c

program data

adobe

premiere elements

11.0

online

dvd template

all_lang

category folder

theme folders

etc.

 

b.the dvd templates came program in program files route. location appropriately place dvd menus modify or create premiere elements 11.

 

please review above , let know outcome.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
