neo-cron.xml corruption - anybody knows what might be causing it?

hi, i'm researching on why company's coldfusion application's neo-cron.xml file gets wiped out. issue happens clients, we're suspecting it's environmental issue , not (at least not directly) caused our application. have recreated issue on our internal testing/development environments, , both times seems coldfusion server running low on resources (i.e. available memory running low, processing reaching 100%, etc.). have attempted search elsewhere possible causes it, had no luck. i'm hoping adobe community has insight problem. thanks!

i've had neo-cron file corrupt few times on 1 particular server.

 

if open file blank?

 

for us, caused scheduled task customer entering using cfschedule. dont know did break it, break did, , continue so... keep backup , over-write when happens.

 

if have same type of issue interested in fix if ever one.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
