No Widgets in Widgets panel

my widget panel window has no widgets in it. empty. have muse v 4.1 8. can me might problem please?

hello,

 

please try deleting adobemuse folder from:

 

on mac: <yourusername>/library/preferences

on windows xp: <youruser>\local settings\

on windows 7: <youruser>\appdata\roaming

 

then launch muse. go through first launch experience of asking ui language, etc.

 

if don't find folder, may need to:

 

on mac: use "go folder" item in "go" menu in finder , enter folder path above. can use tilde "~" shortcut user name (i.e. ~/library/preferences).

 

on windows 7: in start menu type %appdata% in search field. put in <youruser>\appdata\roaming folder (which default hidden folder wouldn't see). there can delete "adobemuse" folder.

 

note: search feature on both mac , windows excludes system files , folders, searching adobemuse folder won't find it.

 

 

in case not help, please try uninstallaing , reinstalling muse using link :

 

mac : http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_mac

win : http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest_win

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
