Photoshop CS6 extended errors when opening program

when opened, ps cs6 generates "could not complete request because of program error" dialog.  click ok , program runs.  however, file>automate>photomerge generates error 8800 reference line: 1085 --> if ((app.systeminformation.search(/photomergeui/) < 0

 

i delete program, reload cloud , runs ok untili update program via cloud services.  repeat above error sequence.

 

have done 4 times.  same things happen.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
