Problem while importing Word 2010 docs in RH 10.

hi,

 

i importing word 2010 doc rh 10, tried matching styles. but, formatting gone somewhere images placed randomly. it's irritating, unable find info on in rh user guides or on internet.

 

please help, amusing trial version of rh , want purchse full version. but, using trial version, scared go full version.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
