Publishing to YouTube - Upload button "dead"

i trying publish project youtube.  go through of steps , seems going fine until adobe captivate video publisher.  put in title, select category , check box terms , conditions.  but, when click "upload" button, nothing happens.   ideas?

can please tell operating system , complete version of captivate (help > adobe captivate).

also check whether same thing happens on new project (test project).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
