Thread: caching flash videos in firefox (not downloading them)

hi all, simple question, when used windows , internet connection slow, if wanted watch video youtube knew had pause or video volume down , wait whole video download in order watch without random pauses. seems can't in ubuntu firefox (currently using natty, it's st has happened me other versions too). if watch video , want watch again, download bar reset, if accesing video first time. don't know whether configuration thing firefox or flash player... idea this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
