every time switch external monitors pressing fn+f7, image on vga display comes distorted. also, despite "same images on screens" unchecked, distorted screen mirror of image on dvi display (for reason, reported hdmi3).

way fix turn vga display off through system -> preferences -> monitors, select 75hz frequency, turn display again. produces extended desktop on both screens, should.

on distribution uses xorg.conf try adding correct modeline xorg.conf. on ubuntu, not generate xorg.conf file,
code:
sudo x -configure
produced errors , failed. suggestions please?
