Thread: Win-7 Boot problems post-Ubuntu installation
i have hp-pavilion dv6 win-7 , 500gb hd split 3 drives -c:, system tools , else. shrank 100gb on c: , used install ubuntu. meaning literally shrank 100gb, formatted , moved installation of ubuntu - didn't restart couple of times windows used new drive. during installation, had ubuntu "delete" new drive, format ext4 , install ubuntu. can boot ubuntu cannot boot windows. system-repair not find win-7. fixmbr works fixboot throws error.

everytime installed win7 dual boot ubuntu blue screen windows partition. solution, i've been using ubuntu last year. if need windows run in vm. have small 700meg version of win7 use vm. use updating tomtom, turbotax , little bit of customer support old days. sorry don't have solution problem.
