What is best way to key image sequence for output to PNG files?

currently using ae 11.0.2 on windows 7 machine.  have captured series of green screen stills , have inported image sequence aftereffects through  premier pro usin 1 image per frame. using garbage matte , using vibrance, , keylight remove green screen. outputing image sequence png files. no problem of that.

my question best technique key series of still images without setting key frames each still if talent has moved.  roto brush better job painstaking process using now?  or there better way?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
