Wont let me install the trail of illustrator

i trying install trail of illustrator.  wont let me sign in download it saying unable invoke cfc- current user not authorized invoke method.  how install trail?

alternatively can try downloading direct download links available @ : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-lightroom-4-is-out.html#ddl

but make sure follow important steps mentioned on page before initiating download.
