Captivate 6 - NeoVoices listed in Captivate, but not working.

hello,

 

have new problem voices.  6 "agents" listed in drop-down box under speech management including microsoft anna, microsoft anna 1 can use.  ie -- in speech management dialogue box, can hit generate audio button "chloe" selected preferred voice, , tts microsoft anna's voice generated again..

 

 

i deleted preferences in user appdata local adobe folder, didnt work.

 

i have vt file installed under adobe captivate x64 folder..

 

if can help, great!!

have tried generate audio on blank new project?

can run adobe captivate administrator , try generate audio using agent once again.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
