Creative Cloud issue with serial number (Photoshop CS6)

hi.

 

i run windows 7 64 bits. suscribed creative cloud after photoshop cs6 evualuation period expired. trying launch ps cs6. click "licence" activation button, connected adobe id (with sucribed creative cloud) stills asks serial number, not given me. tried uninstalling whole adobe product family computer , downloading , installing again photoshop issue remains. can't use photoshop though paid current subscription going on, don't know next. thanks.

there forum download, install , setup here. maybe can answer question.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
