Dropped frames during timeline playback
i have had playback issues dropped frames in real time ( without rendering) of avchd files in timeline 2 years now. have tried find solution problem not able to. kind of lived , have been rendering working area real pain in neck because have every time make changes clips work on. couple days ago decided shop better computer. contacted few companies. 1 makes promax computers guy helped me asked me reason why wanted buy new computer , after explained problem having told me powerful computer ones sell might not fix problem , should first find solution problem. think nice of him tell me rather sell me new computer. here problem. have avchd file shot sony nx5u videocamera. total length 5 minutes , size 355mb. 1920x1080 24p. imported in adobe cs6 , created sequence made of 3 clips on 3 tracks of 20 seconds each long . each track has 2 accelerated effects on ( ultyra key , crop). when playback particular sequence play beautifully time if add 3 more effects on each track. far good. because going commercial started creating new sequences of same length , same original avchd file. same procedure on same computer. i have created 10 new sequences , drop 356 frames during playback in timeline. if playback particular sequence telling plays perfectly. when bring task manager see cpu doing while frames dropping cpu @ 80%.when after played sequence cpu only @ 15-20% . ran msconfig , stopped running applications still did not solve problem. , last night while troubleshooting problem discovered of sudden 10 sequences not playing correctly started playing fine few minutes started dropping frames again except first sequence plays fine time. please correct me if wrong. if cpu problem since sequences same size , same have problem why there 1 not have problem? appreciate if me can find computer specifications under profile. thank you, umberto.
