Hardware requirements to view HD video renders???

i perplexed beyond understanding particular topic , hoping of hardware gurus on forum (although have posted on premiere forum well) can me.

 

i render hd video 1920 x 1080 in after effects , resulting project 2gb in size. problem can't see buy first 2 or 3 seconds before hardware breaks down. video continues "play", screen "stuck" on last frame @ 2 seconds.

 

i thought had pretty heavy duty software - macpro, dual xeon processors, 16gb ram, but, nope, don't cut mustard.

 

i know cray supercomputers have been discontinued, don't think i'd have 25million dollars buy 1 anyhow.

 

what, in heaven's name, people use view type of video?

 

i don't it. why render video if nothing can see it?

 

clearly don't have right output parameters set, no matter how many times try understand setting them, make no sense.

 

i'm going render out project , put premiere, don't want compress video , compress again when render out of premiere.

 

what's fellow do?

 

any conceptual things can me understand how works?

ok - re-rendered @ h264 rather "best setting" , video plays fine. same question...now video has been "compressed" compressed again when render out final premiere project???

i'm assuming first renders using lossless or uncompressed preset. there few systems playback lossless video in real time because data rate exceedes maximum transfer rate hard drive. it's simple that. lossless codecs not designed playback, designed allow have source file identical in every way original.

 

if rendering h.264 should using adobe media encoder because ae cannot multi pass rendering ae's render modules. h.264 delivery codec designed deliver streaming video it's data rate within limits of systems. that's why plays smoothly. designed do.
