License PLATE Enhancement

i got quick video of car fleeing after breaking facility. when saw me, took car out of park, , drove off. got short 5 second video of tailights. trying enhance see license plate, or @ least make , model. think mk6 jetta. please let me know if can enhance license plate. have semi-enhanced photos, , original video if helps.

please, has able enhance image.

haha, that's not how real world works man. sorry break you, there no software avaliable can make pixels come out of nothing. maybe work done make make of car clearer, don't think able "enhance" photos... tv shows , movies make sort of thing up.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
