two ways :

 

reduce file size saving

 

you can reduce file size of pdf using save other command. reducing size of pdfs improves performance—particularly when they’re being opened on web—without altering appearance.

the reduce file size command resamples , recompresses images, removes embedded base-14 fonts, , subset-embeds fonts left embedded. compresses document structure , cleans elements such invalid bookmarks. if file size small possible, command has no effect.

note: reducing file size of digitally signed document removes signature.

 

  1. open single pdf, or select 1 or more pdfs in pdf portfolio.
  2. choose file > save other > reduced size pdf.
  3. select version compatibility need.if you’re users use acrobat xi or adobe reader xi, limiting compatibility latest version can further reduce file size.note: in acrobat pro, if select acrobat 4.0 and later, , document contains transparency, transparency flattened.note: in acrobat standard, if select acrobat 4.0 and later, , document contains transparency, conversion fail.
  4. (optional) apply same settings multiple files, click apply multiple, , add files. click ok, in theoutput options dialog box, specify folder , filename preferences.
