No Adobe Installers Are Working For Me!

i have been trying adobe reader , flash work on wife's computer weeks. have scoured web, , forum, threads pertaining problem no avail.

the problem having installers not start either, reader, or flash. need both of them updated wife several things on computer.

i running windows 7 32 bit firefox.

some of things i've tried.

i have tried uninstallers, tried installing, doesn't work.

i have tried revert older versions, doesn't allow things on sites.

i have gone properties of installers , unblocked them, , ran administartor.

there more first ones off top of head.
