No video working in any browser

the videos working fine 2 days before now, can't watch video. have tried - uninstalling , reinstalling flash, disabling hardware accelerator, deleting flash cache, restoring laptop previous points, installing various browsers , getting other specific required versions of flash them , tried update drivers. have been reading lot of forums , blogs nothing works, nothing.

 

initially, getting black screen, videos wouldn't load. when right clicked video, said "movie not loaded" , flash player 11.7.700.179. installed older version , in plugins there 2 flash players. if disable latest one, videos "get latest flash player" , if disable older one, chrome says "unable load shockwave flash". started happening after tried uninstall flash player told on adobe's other forum. uninstalling doesn't remove flash when i'm going word word.

on page,the movie box doesn't display me - neither movie nor error message , there no solution 3rd case happening me. also, version box not showing either. how can stop working that? i'm totally frustated. please help!!!!!!

 

i using windows 7 home basic, chrome version: 26.0.1410.64, plug-in version:11.7.700.179. kind of appreciated. thank you.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
