Presentation will not Preview whole Presentation

i can run preview 5 slides @ time , preview. however, presentation working on not preview entire presentation. have other presentations longer 1 preview entire presentation not one. never error. published our server , same thing. open it's going show presenter window spins , spins , never gives error never plays. cause occur? using presenter 8.

thank contacting adobe support.

 

can please try , select slides ppt/ pptx , paste them new blank ppt or pptx.

 

then try publish or preview slides because theme specific issue.

 

moreover check if animation has been applied outside presentation (means animation not powerpoint)

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
