Problem with Creative Cloud CS6 and Photoshop

i purchased creative cloud cs6 when photoshop subscription ran out. thinking access photshop , other awesome cs6, subscribed couple weeks ago. little did know wouldn't able use photoshop still -__- common problem? downloaded student edition creative cloud, whenever click on photoshop icon, adobe application manager pops saying thatt need renew subscription.... when i've updated already... may please help?

can try launching adobe application manager applications folder , logging out , in again adobe id using drop down menu @ end of user name?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
