SplitView Transition - Black Box appears on Bottom During Transition

hi everyone,

 

i've got weird problem use fixing. i've got splitviewnavigator has tilegrid on left acts "menu" (clickable images). when click 1 of these images, code (see below) pushes in new view on right without fault except 1 odd issue. when new view being pushed in, black square flashes on bottom half of right side view new view gets pushed in.

 

code view transitions:

var splitnavigator:splitviewnavigator = navigator.parentnavigator as splitviewnavigator;

var contentnavigator:viewnavigator = splitnavigator.getviewnavigatorat(1) as viewnavigator;

contentnavigator.pushview(media);

 

this flashing black box doesn't affect functionality unsightly , makes app shoddy.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
