i want learn command line linux, thinking, putting debian , fedora on box idea? , maybe old old version of nt? computer has 40 gb hard drive , 800 megs of ram , pentium 4 processor.

the computer hardware fine running operating systems, install ubuntu server , use command line in opinion simple , has support many sources.

option have install virtual machine , learn command line way.
