Thread: Getting fixes from Launchpad

this should know, but, when fix listed 'released' on launchpad, how install it? these show in update manager, , if so, how long after marked fix released appear?

example, have bug:

, says fix (for bamf, @ least) released. haven't yet seen show in update manager (though may have missed it). how go getting package released (or finding out have , didn't fix problem)?

as see new package mention bamf - 0.2.104-0ubuntu2, next version of ubuntu, 12.04.
maybe have wait until oneiric solution published.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
