i ask start (what books read mainly) recommend learn program in php.
know bit of c programming in self not entirely new me.
decided learn php after reading book on tuxradar practical php programming , have kept going it, i´m type of person prefers read in physical rather digital format. of experienced php, asking recommendations books beginners such myself.

i found out stuff can done php , decided make webpage. when wanted know something, googled it. recommend installing xampp, because interface between xampp control application , inside workings smooth, , because gives way run php files , work mysql. found php website hard use, gives barebones description. if don't know how to, recommend learning basics of html too. crucial creating website, because html , javascript can run on php webpage. luck , have fun!

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
