Trouble signing in with Adobe account credentials in Elements 10

i have reset password via 'forgot password' function, confirmed password reset, , confirmed entering new password. pse 10 still gives me 'invalid email or password' message every time.

are getting error while installing , doing sign in process?

to confirm adobe id working fine, please go www.adobe.com , try sign in in account , chek working fine or not.

 

if facing anyother issue share screenshot of same.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
